• Application form: current city, profession, professional experience, capital readiness, intended source of investment, your reasons for choosing HSIM and Asansol, your three-year vision, preferred call date and time, and any notes you add.

• Technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with each submission for security and fraud/abuse prevention.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

3. How we use your information

• To evaluate your suitability as a franchise founder-partner.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and application.
• To schedule and host your discovery call (including creating a calendar event and a Google Meet video link, and sending you the invitation).

• To protect the site against spam, automated abuse and fraud.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve the site.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie so the forms and your progress work correctly. • Zoho Mail: to deliver transactional and follow-up emails.
• Meta and Google: for advertising measurement and analytics as described above.
• Our hosting provider: to store form submissions securely on our behalf.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes above.

6. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors listed above, with our internal team evaluating applications, or where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 9).

8. Data security

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. While no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or withdraw consent for non-essential tracking. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

10. Children

This site and the franchise opportunity are intended only for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
